Born in New York City, Cindy has called Rockland County home since she was a child. A member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators, she is a Visual Arts Educator with a Masters Degree in Multicultural Education. She shares her love of art with her students in Suffern, N.Y. She lives with her husband, sons and Dalmatian in the Hudson River Valley of New York State.
